Practical Seminar “Get Your Friday Back!”

How can you turn Claude or ChatGPT from a chatbot into a virtual colleague that understands your business and handles real work?

The German Business Association (DWV) invites you to the practical seminar “Get Your Friday Back!”, led by Billi Jeurnig, an independent technology consultant and Co-founder of Synora Consulting.

The seminar is designed for professionals who want to use AI to simplify their daily work. Participants will learn how to provide AI with the right context, introduce it to their company’s standards and working methods, assign real tasks, and transform recurring activities into efficient workflows.

This is not a theoretical software course. It is a hands-on programme structured around five stages of turning AI into a virtual colleague.

Seminar Programme

01. The Interview
Learn how to brief AI effectively so that you receive useful, client-ready results from the very first attempt.

02. Onboarding
Teach AI about your business, standards, formats, and working methods, so you do not have to explain the same information every time.

03. First Day on the Job
Use AI to complete a real task that takes up your time, such as processing contracts and other documents, conducting analyses, preparing summaries, or drafting replies.

04. Tools and Access
Learn how to connect AI to the information and tools it needs. This is when it stops being just a chatbot and starts doing the job.

05. Promotion to Team Lead
Move beyond individual tasks and learn how to hand over repeatable processes so that your best working methods can be applied consistently across the team.

About the Trainer

Billi Jeurnig is an independent technology consultant based in Hamburg, Germany. He has nine years of industry experience, with a particular focus on complex IT infrastructure.

He is also the Co-founder of Synora Consulting, a young technology agency based in Tbilisi, Georgia. The company helps small and medium-sized enterprises solve common business challenges, often by using artificial intelligence.
