B. Type of Membership

Companies (Full member) 950 EUR

− Members of the category „Companies“ are corporate bodies that are actively engaged in
business in Georgia and further support the objectives and concerns of the DWV.
− Companies can participate in all activities of the DWV, as well as take part in the general
assemblies.

Nonprofit and Nongovernmental Organizations 250 EUR

− An organization, that is registered in Germany or Georgia and pursues educative or charity
purposes and does not extend or distribute profit to its members, founders etc.
− Nonprofit organizations can participate in all activities of the DWV, as well as take part in
general assemblies. They do, however, only have a limited right to vote.

Individual Membership 120 EUR

− Individual members are either German citizens, or citizens of other countries, that have been
accepted by the DWV as individual members.
− Individual members receive all the publications of the DWV, may participate in all activities of
the DWV and take part in general assemblies. However, they do not have the right to vote.

Visiting member 475 EUR

− A visiting member is a company or a person, which/who is currently inactive in Georgia.
− After 12 months, accession to full membership required.
− Visiting members receive all the publications of the DWV, can participate in all activities of the
DWV, as well as take part in general assemblies. However, they do not have the right to vote.

D. Admission of new members

Subsequent to the admission of the application via the board of directors and payment of the
annual membership fee, you will be accepted as a member of the DWV. After submitting your
application, it will be directly passed on to the board of directors. You will be informed of
admittance as soon as possible.
